About Us
New Patients

New patients are always welcome at the practice - please contact us to make an appointment if you wish.
On arrival at your first appointment you will be asked to fill out a Medical History. An initial consultation will be carried out, where you will meet your Dentist and Nurse. A charting of your current dental and periodontal status will be completed and a treatment plan and estimate will be prepared for you if necessary. X-rays may also be taken at this appointment.

Children's Dentistry
ChildSmile

We are Childsmile Practice. Childsmile is an initiative funded by the Scottish Government designed to improve the oral health of children in Scotland and reduce inequalities both in dental health and access to dental health and its services.
As a childsmile practice, we are required to provide preventative dental care and caries management tailored to the individual needs of the child.

Interventions Incorporate:
Dietary Advice
Toothbrushing Demonstration for Parents and Carers
Fluoride Advice
Clinical Prevention, as appropiate.

Saima Ikram

Dentist GDC - 268636

Saima has been working in Scotland since 2017 and joined the Cults dental Practice in 2020. She is a certified Invisalign provider and has a special interest in Restorative Dentistry. Currently Saima is pursuing a PG
Certificate in Dental Implantology.

Deborah graduated from Dundeee University in 1996 after being raised in Sunderland. Deborah has been with the Cults Dental Practice for more than 12 years and is well loved and highly regarded by all her patients.

Debbie Thomson BDS

Dentist GDC - 230560

Debbie graduated from Aberdeen University in 2012. She has a PgCert in Restorative Dentistry and is a certified Invisalign provider. She joined the team here at Cults Dental Practice only recently but is already extremely well loved by her patients for her gentle nature and excellent clinical abililties.
